About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Training Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of online training programs for sales professionals in Malaysia. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can create tailored training solutions and ensure exceptional program execution. You will lead a team of trainers and collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain high training standards and drive performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development: Design and implement online training modules that address key skills required for sales success in the Malaysian market, aligning with Saleswallah’s global standards.
Content Customization: Adapt existing curriculum to meet local market needs, incorporating region-specific sales strategies and practices.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of online trainers, ensuring high delivery standards and a consistent, engaging learning experience.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement tools to assess training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Saleswallah's cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to customize and optimize training programs based on feedback and client needs.
Quality Assurance: Regularly review and update training content, incorporating new trends and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure all training content and delivery comply with local regulations and cultural nuances.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in a training or L&D leadership role, ideally within sales or a related field, with experience in online training preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Education, or a related field. Certification in Training & Development is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using LMS platforms and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Moodle).
Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques, concepts, and market-specific strategies for Malaysia.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.
